We want you to be happy with every purchase on souq.ae. Here's how returns and refunds work.
Return window
- Most items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories.
- Perishable, personal-care, and custom-made items are non-returnable.
How to request a refund
- Go to Your Orders.
- Open the order and click Request Refund / Return.
- Add the reason for the return and submit.
- Our team reviews within 24–48 hours and updates you by email.
Refund method
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer.
